On Monday, October 13, 2025 (national holiday), Assistant Professor Abel Táiti Konno PINHEIRO from our Center will give a talk at the Chiba Academia Lecture held at the Sawayaka Chiba Prefectural Plaza.
The lecture will focus on disaster literacy—the ability to understand disasters, prepare in daily life, and take swift action in times of emergency.
